Job Description

Responsibilities:
1. Support Well-Being and Engagement Activities
- Assist in Planning, coordinating, and executing well-being initiatives for employees.
2. Contribute to Learning and Development Programs
- Support ideation, content creation, and communication for corporate learning activities, such as internal learning sessions and the company\'s Academy
- Assist in organizing and delivering learning events.
3. Employer Branding Support
- Help coordinate Employer Branding activites, including university engagement programs.
- Contribute to branding content creation, such as social media materials and event-related assets.

Requirements:
- Open to students from any major who are currently in their final year or fresh graduates willing to gain internship experience
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment with diverse tasks and dynamic workflows.
- Enthusiastic to learn, open-minded, meticulous, and self-driven.
- Digitally savvy and comfortable using tools that support daily tasks and assignments

Work Arrangement
Monday - Friday, 9 AM - 6 PM
