- Candidates without the listed educational background may qualify with strong experience or training in data analytics

Skills
- Studying or recently graduated with a bachelor\'s degree
- Relevant experience or traing in data analysis can substitute for education
- Good communication skills in English and Bahasa Indonesia
- Detail oriented and analytical
- Able to work well with different teams
- Self-motivated and willing to learn about credit risk and underwriting

Responsibilities

- Work with teams to understand credit and underwriting goals- Analyze past data to find risks and improvement areas
- Tum insights into underwriting rules and strategies
- Use SQL and Excel to analyze data
- Create simple reports and dashboards to show results
- Track impact on approval rates, risk, and revenue
- Document methods, rules, and strategy changes
- Share knowledge with internal teams
- Look for ways to improve underwriting using data
- Keep up with credit risk trends and suggest improvements
