Job Description
Responsibilities
- Support daily HRIS operations, including user access, data accuracy, system maintenance, and troubleshooting.
- Assist in developing and updating HR policies and procedures related to HR systems and processes.
- Support HR system implementation projects by gathering requirements, conducting system testing, and coordinating with vendors or IT teams.
- Prepare standard HR reports and assist with HR data analysis to support business decision-making.
- Provide basic guidance and training to HR users and employees on system features, processes, and updates.
Requirements
- Final-year student or fresh graduate, preferably majoring in Information Systems, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel, including data processing and formulas; Pivot Tables are an advantage.
- Comfortable working with data and handling detailed information.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, particularly in HR data and process management.
- Good communication skills with the ability to provide user support and basic system training.

- Working Days & Hours:
- Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM–6:00 PM
