Job Description

Responsibilities:
- Sourcing for top management positions, particularly positions.
- Conduct discussions with candidates and help assess their compatibility with Home Credit Indonesia.
- Assist with benchmarking activities for other companies.

Requirements:
- Open to final-year students and fresh graduates who are interested in gaining hands-on experience.
- Demonstrate strong communication skills and enthusiasm for learning about talent engagement and acquisition processes.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment with diverse tasks and dynamic workflows.
- Willing to learn, open-minded, detail-oriented, and self-driven.
- Digitally savvy and comfortable using tools to support daily tasks and assignments.

Working Day
Monday - Friday, 9AM - 6PM
