Job Description

Responsibilities:
- Support Anti-Fraud (AF) analysts in executing daily operational tasks.
- Analyze fraud trends to identify emerging patterns and potential risks.
- Evaluate the efficiency of Early Warning System (EWS) processes and provide improvement insights.

Requirements :
• Analytical Skills: Strong proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets; able to interpret data and spot patterns.
• User-Centric Mindset: A genuine empathy for the user and a passion for solving their problems.
• Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills; able to articulate complex ideas clearly.

Work Arrangement
Working Days and Hours: Monday–Friday, 9 AM to 6 PM
