Job Description

Responsibilities
- Design key visuals (KV) for SA social media channels
- Create WhatsApp banners for local POS promotions in collaboration with the CRM team
- Develop banners for Mitra App, Smart App, Home Credit Go, and other platforms
- Produce internal visual communication materials for Smart & Mitra inboxes
- Support internal communications across SA channels
- Prepare monthly TikTok Live schedules
- Brief Sales Agents (SA) and District Managers (DM) before live sessions
- Manage internal communication content on the SalesPedia website

Requirements
- Background in Visual Communication Design or related field
- Strong graphic design skills, especially in visual and infographic design
- Interest in campaign marketing and branding activities
- Good understanding of social media campaigns

Work Arrangement
- Schedule: Monday to Friday
- Hours: 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM
