Job Description

Requirement :
1. Active 3rd-year student in Industrial Engineering, mechanical engineering, electrical engineering, Industrial Management, or related field.
2. Possess a basic understanding of Lean Manufacturing, continuous improvement, process mapping, or 5R/5S principles.
3. Familiar with process-improvement tools such as SIPOC, Value Stream Mapping , flowcharts, and basic data analysis.
4. Able to collect, process, analyze, and present operational data in a structured manner.
5. Possess strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, and teamwork skills.
6. Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
7. Excellent communication and collaboration skills, supported by good English proficiency.
8. Adaptive and quick to learn in a dynamic manufacturing environment.
9. Detail-oriented, proactive, adaptive, and willing to participate in production-area observations and audit activities.
10. Willing to work from office (WFO) in Cikarang for 6 months.

Job Description :
1. Collaborate with the Lean team to develop the SIPOC, map the production-area process flow, and verify its alignment with the actual process.
2. Develop the Value Stream Mapping (VSM) as one of the project outputs.
3. Support the Lean team in data collection and data processing/analysis.
4. Schedule and execute internal audit and cross-audit activities.
5. Document, analyze, and archive audit reports and findings.
6. Develop and design regular 5R awareness campaigns.
