Job Description

Requirement :
1. Final-year student from Industrial Engineering, Management, Human Capital, Business Administration, or Psychology.
2. Good communication skills in English, both written and verbal.
3. Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint).
4. Familiar with Canva and CapCut for basic design and content creation.
6. Proactive, well-organized, and willing to learn.
7. Willing to WFO at Cikarang for 6 months period.

Job Description :
1. Assist end-to-end recruitment processes, including vacancy posting, candidate coordination, and onboarding activities.
2. Support recruitment administration, from preparing job posters to maintaining candidate databases.
3. Assist in organizing and coordinating employee training and development programs.
4. Handle HR administrative tasks, including documentation, Induction Training, and LMS
5. Support employer branding activities through content preparation and recruitment campaigns.
